Read is misleading. I'll be using this book for years to come. The first recipe tried - Blue Cheese Cheesecake. It's cooling as I type and I'm excited to taste what was very easy to make.I'm impressed with the variety of recipes and the range of easy to complex. It looks excellent for all levels of skill. If you love cheese, I suggest you check this one out.

Lots of fabulous recipes, but never going to solely cook from this cookbook, because'd get awfully sick of cheese, awfully fast...

Not impressive at all. This book seems to be a collection of basic recipes that are highlighting a specific cheese. Most of the recipes would have cheese anyway, so it's not really groundbreaking.
